Microblogging site Twitter has suspended a parody account, with a name resembling Apple CEO Steve Jobs.
An account @CEOSteveJobs was suspended by Twitter and the action was said to be taken following a received complaint from Apple. This account clearly violates the parody account policy of Twitter, which demands including “not” or “parody” in the username to avoid confusions.
This account attracted many Twitter users with some sarcastic comments. At present it has 464,727 followers and Twitter hasn’t given any clarification for the suspension.
