There is no denying that we all love Apple. If we make a list of all the people who love the tech giant’s products I am sure kids and teens will top that list.A recent survey says that more than 50% of teens will own an iPhone in the next six months. Ok, now that is some news! Few days back there was a video of a toddler operating the iPad like a Pro. The applications are so interactive and kids fall in love with it. Apple’s gadgets act as perfect stimulant for their minds when they are growing up. Apple has pretty high standards and once we get used to using cool, stylish phones that comes with a bundle of fun applications it seems almost impossible for us to buy a non-Apple product. Kids these days are very good at technology. They love iPhone’s applications. According to Piper Jaffray’s survey which was conducted among 4500 students asking about their interest in Apple’s products, 17% already own a iPhone and 37% plan on buying one in the near future and 22% already own an iPad or has one at home and some were planning to get a tablet soon, preferably an iPad.
Apple rules every aspect of technology that kids would love. When it comes to music 86% have an iPod and most of the kids like to listen to music on their phone. That comes as no surprise since Apple has put everything in one piece of equipment which is compact, chic and caters to needs of younger generation. Looks like the rivals have to work harder since the kids are growing up using Apple’s products and they are setting the bar high for other tablet and phone manufacturers. The iPhone is a perfect package for kids with its music, cool apps, games and above all the trendy look along with other bonus stuff Apple had thrown in has definitely attracted these young minds and turned them into potential customers. It is a brilliant marketing technique and it is working in Apple’s favour!
