In some time WWDC 2010 conference is going to start at San Francisco’s Moscone center. Unlike the other years at WWDC, Apple is all set to reveal the much rumored next generation iPhone rel=“nofollow>, which might be named as iPhone 4G or iPhone HD. But this is not the only surprise, there are some other surprises too.
WWDC is the place where Apple reveals its secrecy to the world, not exactly and we already have some expectation from this conference, so lets have a look at what can we expect at this WWDC conference.
The Next Generation iPhone – Well, we all got impressed by Gizmodo’s iPhone prototype and today all eyes would be on next generation. According to many reliable sources Apple CEO, Steve Jobs is expected to reveal the next generation iPhone and there are some valid proof rel=“nofollow> for the existence of next generation iPhone. So, will this conference explore the existence of much rumored phone?
iAds – Apple has showed a preview of iAds during the sneak peak of iPhone OS 4.0 and iAds would take an important role in WWDC 2010. We also remember Steve Jobs saying “We want to deliver interaction – but also emotion”, so I believe this is set to be a boon to app developers for making some good money and developers would be eagerly waiting to see this in action in WWDC 2010.
iPhone OS 4.0 – We already had seen the preview of iPhone OS 4.0, so you might think whats special about this, but Apple has kept some secrets in WWDC. Some rumors claim, Apple is set to reveal iChat feature in iPhone OS 4.0 and there are maximum possibilities, as earlier we got some news revealing iPhone ads to be focused on video calling between a mom and daughter. It’s a guess from my side, but why should next generation Ads focus on video chat?
Apple TV Upgrade – Apple has got some tough competition from Google this time with the preview of Google TV at Google I/O conference. So we can expect some announcement related to an upgraded version of Apple TV, which is going to compact in terms of hardware and some improvement in terms of software too.
Safari 5 – This might not be much awaited thing to happen in WWDC, but its expected to have bing as their default search engine, HTML 5 compatibility, private browsing icons and some bigger improvements like Safari Reader, faster DNS perfecting and developer tools.
iTunes (Music on the cloud) – Apple has recently trademarked iTunes Live and this has increased rumors of Apple to launch iTunes clould based services. So why would this to be expected in WWDC 2010? Its quite known Google is working on a cloud based music service Google music and Apple don’t want to be behind Google.
The event is expected to start in some time, so we would be figuring out all those rumors and you can catch the live coverage of WWDC 2010 here rel=“nofollow>. Don’t miss it.
