Verbatim Bluetooth Keyboard for iPhone

Verbatim has introduced a new Bluetooth wireless mobile keyboard for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. This can handle typing as well as iTunes music commands.  Its transport controls lets you tend to your music on iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone. It even works with Pandora Radio. You can start/pause, skip to the next or previous track, and control volume from the bank of buttons along the left side. The keyboard can be folded and kept in its carrying case.  The keyboard’s typing action is similar to laptop.

Touch typists might not like the varied size of the keys, where, for example, the “G” key is slightly smaller, while on the other hand, the “V” key is larger. (Please look at the image) It is also a little odd to have two small space bars, but one gets used to it quickly. The Bluetooth capability works with other mobile phones but it really works well with Apple iPhone with its full set of key board short cuts. Although this keyboard is slightly larger than other portable keyboards, people who prefer typing on physical keys rather than an on-screen keyboard will love it. The varied key sizes would require some getting used to while typing. It costs $104 on the Verbatim website (verbatim.com). We think spending that amount of money is not worth it. But the same device can be found in Amazon for $53 which is a relief.
